Liked the bed, it was comfortable. Staff was really kind and helpful and provided us with a microwave, climate control, and a sofa bed: )

The kitchen in the apartment was beautifully modern and well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. the living room was cozy and had a good-sized TV for relaxing in the evenings. the location of the apartment was fantastic, being just a stone's throw away from the main attraction in the area. We loved being able to easily explore and immerse ourselves in the local culture.

Unloading our luggage from the suggested parking lot was quite inconvenient, having to navigate through busy pedestrian streets. the patio didn't offer the picturesque view we were expecting based on the photos.

I had such a brilliant start to my week in France at Les Cles De La Cite. The apartment was located on a lovely street with cafes and shops, and had a small convenience store right across the road. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The living room had a great sofa and a smart TV for entertainment. Plus, the internet connection was super fast! But what really made my stay amazing was the host. She went above and beyond to help us, from recommending a fantastic restaurant to personally arranging our taxi and even escorting it to the door. The welcome and hospitality were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Les Cles De La Cite for a wonderful stay in Carcassonne.

While the apartment was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The mezzanine bedroom could get quite hot, especially on a warm night, as the air conditioning didn't reach that area.

This venue is the perfect place to stay near the Medieval City with amazing location, helpful, and very kind staff and host.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location of this apartment is fantastic, as it is very close to the Castle and within walking distance of the old town. the view from the apartment is also worth mentioning, with some rooms offering a charming view over the rooftops to the other side of the old town. the gentleman who showed us to our room was friendly and nice.

Communication with the accommodation owners was difficult and confusing, leading to misunderstandings and confusion regarding our reservation.

Spacious, comfortable, well-decorated, high-quality mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, convenient location.

Great location just a stone's throw away from the castle. Super convenient for exploring the area. the bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. the towels provided were of good quality.

Some aspects of the apartment did not match the pictures shown online. the balcony had no view and was sandwiched between buildings, which was a bit disappointing.
